김내2(A) - 3.8 Granulomatous enteritis, gastritis

Etiology

• 개와 고양이 둘 다에서 Rare type of IBD
• Granulomatous IBD가 사람의 Crohn’s Dz (크론병)과 유사.

Clinical features

• 약물 치료에 반응이 별로 없음
• 국소적으로 발생하면 절제해야 할 수도 있음
• PLE와 비슷한 임상 증상
• 체중 감소, 설사

Diagnosis

• 조직 검사로 진단 (macrophagy가 많음)

Treatment

• 국소적이면 수술적 절제
• Diffuse하다면 예후 매우 poor, 모든 수단을 동원해보자.
  • Corticosteroids
  • Azathioprine
  • Metronidazole
  • Dietary therapy

Prognosis

• rare하지만, 예후는 poor
